How To Cafe was founded by James Gregson, a director, producer, editor, audio engineer, and hands-on creative with decades of real-world experience across film, television, music, design, and technology.
James isn't an AI engineer or a computer scientist. He's a working creative professional who adopted AI tools out of practical necessity, got genuinely useful results, and then spent two years directing the feature documentary AI Decoded: Creativity or Chaos?, interviewing 75 of the brightest minds in the field.
